We had a great experience with Dr.Ross and his staff. My daughter was a little nervous but forgot all about it once she saw there game room in the lobby, they had her name on the board, she loved that! Sally greeted us and gave us a tour of the facility (everyone was saying "hi" to us as we walked by). The office was clean and they are very patient considerate (coffee, hot chocolate, brushing station so the kids can brush before they have work done). Dr.Ross explained why my daughter needed intervention by show me on her x-rays, pictures, and teeth models using terms I understood. He was honest and suggested waiting 6 months before starting treatment so she wouldn't have to have braces on longer than the typical time.....this is why we will definitely be back as patients!! My daughter left there excited about getting braces!
